Frittatas are the Italian way to use eggs as a delivery device for any combination of meat, vegetables, and cheese you like. The fluffy, omelet-like platform works well and compliments the toppings, much like a pizza. Prosciutto provides great flavor and some saltiness while the artichoke brings texture.

There is a restaurant in Baltimore, Blue Moon Café, that serves a French toast covered in breakfast cereal, resulting in a crunch on the outside, creamy on the inside delightful dish. At least, I think it does. They are always so busy that the lines can last for hours before you can get in. I can’t wait, so I made it at home.

It isn’t a Baltimore snowball, but a Tiger’s Blood shaved ice with sweetened condensed milk isn’t too bad on a spring day. With a color changing spoon for entertainment.

Stews are traditionally meat and vegetables in a savory broth that is cooked all day long to tenderize the protein. By replacing beef or pork with shrimp, the time to eating cuts down dramatically without having to sacrifice any flavor or enjoyment.
