Most brisket chilies rely on the smoke only for their flavor. This one, for Fritos pie, balances the smoke with really good spices and heat. Quite delicious! 🌶️

It was another 8.2 miles of walking on Sunday, making the total for #MCBarcelona 23.3 miles. Add on the 6.2 miles for prep day on Thursday, and I was just shy of 30 (29.5). #WOTCstaff
