Just finished listening to the commentary and it sounds like it's entirely electronic/synth. Whoah.
Yes, it's all electric/synth. Mostly Roland SC-88, NI Kontakt instruments, some VSTi instruments, a Kurzweil K2500RS on one track, and a Kawai K5000R.
