Trying out the Torani Sugar-Free Irish Cream syrup in my coffee today.

The first thing that hits you as you pump the syrup is an aldehyde smell - similar to bananas. Once it's in the coffee, that's mostly gone.

It's sweet, with a flavor reminiscent of Bailey's Irish Creme, only mixed with coffee. A slight hint of banana bread is present if you go hunting for it. It doesn't overpower the brew at all. No artificial aftertaste.

I'd say it's okay.

Tomorrow, the salted caramel.
