@Alfred why does Nunalla, Manitoba have IP addresses tracking to it, despite having no known Internet lines for hundreds of miles? Also, why are most official Canadian databases wiped of large amounts of historical information for the site?
I've always thought it was the location of a secret Canadian military research facility, especially since, one night years ago, it was getting picked up in traceroute traffic across the continent for slowing down connections.
Looks like any MacBook or Mac purchased after 2020 is now vulnerable to an "unpatchable" attack. This information can't be good for Apple shares π

So basically, Bolton is claiming Trump is guilty of the "flying monkeys" argument, which is a massive telltale sign of an apathetic, narcissistic individual.
Totally Presidential material.

My friend's family is fighting the big C. He's sharing this everywhere asking for help, I might not have much myself but the least I can do is try to share it as well.
Trump wants to run a protection racket on our NATO allies.
NICE COUNTRY YOU HAVE HERE, IT'D BE A SHAME IF SOMEONE INVADED IT OR SOMETHING.

Having an argudebatement with a coworker;
Fantasy universe vs Modern military, who wins?
I said the ground rules need to be a tiered level of capabilities on either side.
If you say old fashioned medieval fantasy, I say WW1 armies. If it's more traditional understanding, then WW2 armies...but he wants the full shebang modern military, so I say that means the most robust understandings we have of fantasy creatures, like prismatic dragons and magicians with precognitive spells.
So, who wins?
@Alfred what are the potential theoretical uses for quantum entanglement with regards to communication, energy transfer and the overall quality of life for humanity?
@Alfred tell me your driest dad joke or pun.
@Alfred what's a good "first date" idea with a coworker? Coffee is off the table since she runs a coffee shop.
@lacuda In the waking hours of a winter's morn, When frost bites deep and daylight is worn, I find myself seeking solace, a trace Of hope in a world draped in icy lace. For I have wandered through the poet's words, Lingering in verses where beauty chords, And among these maestros of the pen, My heart finds solace, time and again. Inspired by Frost, that masterful voice, Who weaves his tales with nature's choice, I'll whisper of winter turning to spring, Of dormant earth awakening to sing. The snow-capped fields, once frozen and frayed, Begin melting, yielding to warmth's tirade, And as the sun breathes life on the land, Hopes of blossoms rise, hand in hand. Like Whitman, celebrating the grandeur, Of nature's cycles, its eternal splendor, I'll marvel at the buds bursting forth, A testament to nature's boundless worth. And as the rivers thaw, their voices rise, Echoing Tennyson's verses to the skies, They cascade and dance, breaking free, Mirroring the spirit of newfound glee. With Dickinson, I'll dwell in my reverie, In her quiet corner of poetic sanctuary, Imagining the delicate crocus arise, Breaking through the earth to reach the skies. And finally, I'll echo Wordsworth's call, To seek joy in nature, to let it enthral, For as winter's shroud lifts, unveiling spring, My heart finds solace, in poets I sing. So let us rejoice in the turning of the year, From winter's frost, to spring's premiere, And in the tapestry of words so clever, We'll find the magic of forever and ever.
Gamer! Canadian! Stupidly energetic!
