Son is trying to do grad school. Has an interview Friday am. This program is considered the Harvard for painting/studio art. Tuition would be covered, plus a 30k/yr living stipend.

This would practically guarantee him the job he wants after he graduates, and not bankrupt us in the process.

Strange thing that recently happened.

I had a case of food poisoning. Everything was rather violently expelled from both ends. I'll spare you the writerly details of comparison!

I've been struggling big time lately from a writing/author viewpoint.

That depression left with the rest of the crap.

I'm excited about #SwordAndSoul releasing in May again.

This is a Good Thing!

Back to work I go.

Kinda looking forward to the mess on my desk, to be honest.

Spent yesterday sleeping and purging whatever I ate that my system hated.

Didn’t even bother to get out of my pajamas.

Took today off as well, as I wanted to make sure I was on the mend.

FINALLY getting in to see my PCP for the breathing check up.

It's only been scheduled/rescheduled 3x now.

I've only had another round of COVID since the last visit.

I'm doing better - definitely still breathing - but the bout of COVID made things worse.

I don't like getting short of breath/winded because I'm changing the sheets on the bed!
