FINALLY getting in to see my PCP for the breathing check up.

It's only been scheduled/rescheduled 3x now.

I've only had another round of COVID since the last visit.

I'm doing better - definitely still breathing - but the bout of COVID made things worse.

I don't like getting short of breath/winded because I'm changing the sheets on the bed!

Definitely happy with myself.

I actually remembered to get my newsletter out on time!!!

What? You didn't know I had one? We can fix that!

Post stressful day at work self care accomplished.

Hot bubble bath and a wee dram of whisky.

Probably an early bedtime, too.

I haven’t been at work for an hour and it’s already a Monday.

Need to warm up the car again this morning.

Here's hoping today at work won't be nearly as challenging as yesterday.

Today was 6,000 shades of WTF.

And, with the exception of one thing I helped solve before I went home that wasn't my fault at all, none of the WTF moments had anything to do with me.

Nothing like coming to work on a Monday and finding out that a pipe burst.

Not my building or office, but it’s going to be an interesting day.

I'm where I'm recognizing WHY I react like I do. Yesterday was one of those days. Today is better.
