Marriage not doing so great. Got issues and no one to talk them through with. No where to get or advise. Just not very happy, no real place to turn. Still sober, but most days I wonder why
@kingofc Sounds like you need a out of the home activity... Bowling is a good option this time of year.
@kingofc 🖤 Don't link the two. I hope that you have the epiphany that brings you guidance. (For me, it never arrives until I've reached my wits end and almost nose dive, but don't... then the answers all magically appear.)
@kingofc focusing on healthy self-care helps me...maybe make a list of what that looks like for you until you can find the right person to confide in
