I think we need new penalties for people who abuse the right to free speech.
When an ex-president makes these statement, he's got one week to provide the proof to back his claim.
If he can't, there will be a sliding scale fine charged based on power, influence, & intent.
They will also have a #1A warning that flashes up on any security clearance that would be an auto-rejection
