kiddo found a house he likes. the house its self is ok, but it was on 20 acres & is now subdivided to five. strike 1
it's in Fairport NY. strike 2 & 3. too suburban AND it's the same town that Mark & NJ live in. i do NOT want to be anywhere close enough that they feel they can drop by anytime...
@redenigma Eons ago when I still owned a house, I had a neighbor who would show up unannounced anytime she wanted. I once opened the door buck naked fresh out of the shower and soaking wet, looking really pissed off and ready for murder. She ran off as fast as she could and never came back 😂
@Liliki Mark is Tom's brother. he & his wife smoke like 3 packs/day each. NJ had half a lung removed last year because of cancer, but they won't quit smoking. even being outdoor near them stinks... plus they spend more than they make & are always looking for handouts from family. i loaned then $3k to get their truck fixed, & instead of paying me back, they bought hawks... and asked for more money. that's a nope.

I can't abide smokers. I was two packs a day when I was at my worst, & I quit cold turkey nearly 40 years ago.
@jjGravitas @Liliki smoke is one of my allergens (marijuana is even worse than tobacco)
