People need to take the temperature down WRT Poland. Invoking Article 4 is not a call for war. Article 4 literally just gives member states the right to setup a meeting with all other member states. That’s it. It’s Poland saying “Yo, guys, I think we better figure some stuff out together.”
So far Duda has done everything right and is telling people not to overreact and let themselves be manipulated. It’s good advice.
Russian Lieutenant Colonel Kabitsky Vyacheslav [Cargo ID #523] has just been added to the list. He was commander of the 1st Tank Battalion of the 64th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigade (the primary unit responsible for the Bucha massacre)
Russian Major Sergey Zubkov [Cargo ID #522] has been added to the list:
For those of you active on Telegram, I've finally got the TopCargo200 Telegram channel updated with the 520 backlogged Cargo Cards. Feel free to give it a follow:
He was Acting Chief of Artillery for the 218th Tank Regiment, 127th Motor Rifle Division, 5th Combined Arms Army, Eastern Military District.
He was reassigned from being commander of the 872nd Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment, 127th Motor Rifle Division, 5th Combined Arms Army, Eastern Military District.
I'm... pretty sure that's a demotion.
Russian Lieutenant Colonel Ruslan Ibatullin [Cargo ID #521] has just been added to the list:
Another fun video. The Armed Forces of #Ukraine discovered a huge amount of clothing and equipment on the banks of the Dnipro where the Russian soldiers figured they'd be better off trying to swim the mile wide river, rather than wait for the ferry/bridge.
Insane video. Armed Forces of #Ukraine, during the recent Kherson offensive, stormed dug in Russian position near Myrne (46°49'8.19"N, 32°20'58.64"E) with just a one BMP (~7-8 soldiers). I count 15 Russians routed almost immediately.
Russia literally cut holes in septic tanks to make "bunkers" for their mobiks. Gives a whole new meaning to "being in the shit".
Needless to say, a septic tank isn't exactly a hardened structure. These things are nothing but death traps on the modern battlefield.

Russian Airborne Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Sergey Koshelev [Cargo ID #520] has been added to the list:
Russian Mine Clearance Officer, Major Denis Maksimchuk [Cargo ID #519] has been added to the list:
Russian Battalion Chief of Staff, Major Alexander Anchikov [Cargo ID #518] has been added to the list:
Russian Collaborator, Deputy Chairmen of the Kherson Military-Civilian Administration Kirill Stremousov [Cargo ID #516] was added to the list this morning as well. He died in a "car crash" just hours before Russia announced their withdrawal from Kherson.
Russian SOBR Major Anton Lushin [Cargo ID #517] was killed in a HIMARS strike back in June and has made his way to the list this morning:
There is a lot of (justified) celebrating about the RU announcement to leave the Kherson area. But I haven't seen much said about the timing of that announcement. I posit the decision was largely made as a result of the outcome of the US midterms.
If the "red wave" had materialized, I think RU takes their chances holding Kherson in anticipation of an end to (or drastic reduction of) US support for #Ukraine.
