Speaking of "domestic supply of infants," SCOTUS hear a challenge to law on adopting Native American children.

The Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 gives preference to adoption solutions that would keep Native children within the tribal community.

This case is critical to Indigenous Nations. This is not the court that you want to decide on standards for ICWA.

But you gotta know that the GQP wants to adopt those Indigenous babies.

the big concern is Justice Roberts is outraged by the leak and wants the leaker hunted down yet he says nothing about the dangerous precedent 3 justices have set by lying under oath during confirmation hearings. The SCOTUS should be considered illegitimate.
