It took an hour in line for me to #Vote today. It was well worth it. I went yesterday and the line in Streamwood (a northwestern suburb of Chicago) was so long that I decided to go back today. They do a cheer for each first time voter.

I know some orchid secrets. They are highly competitive. And they want to be touching each other.

I deep water 11 orchids overnight in my tub weekly. Next day, half go back into their ceramic pots in my bedroom. Other half into living room.

However, if I put an orchid that does not display a blossom spike next to a plant that is spiking, the game is on. Almost immediately a new spike forms in the one without.
