Tonight I am having an unfiltered dry Serbian Red that reminds me of my grandfather's wine. He made 100 gallons every year and had five years aging in his celler, only tapping into the the oldest barrel after it was ready for family and friends.
No matter how the debate.goes, this 8 year old Serbian Red will make it seem worth while.
