here's some house finches at one of the feeders.
@holon42 when we had a feeder on our kitcken window the little finches would chase away the larger cardinals!
yes, finches are quite feisty for their size, taking on cardinals, who are also feeder hogs🤣🤣🤣
i've noticed that it's the female finches who are in charge, unlike some other species.
here's a grackle attempting to keep others away from the feeder, but sparrows say no fkn way, man‼️
