to all living
Me:
"Likes trees better than people. Books better than trees."
right, i forgot to mention books, good grief, yet another sacrifice made by trees to our welfare.
@holon42 But doesn't that make your sandals slippery?
actually, not at all. this material absorbs it after about a minute of massaging it in, and it keeps working for over a week. i just washed them this morning and added more. just a couple drops, small drops of oil is sufficient.
Tree medicine. Cinnamon.
the oil rubbed into the soles of my sandals, keeps them and my feet deodorized, and stimulates warmth in them too.
"In addition to being an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, antimicrobial, anticancer, lipid-lowering, and cardiovascular-disease-lowering compound, cinnamon has also been reported to have activities against neurological disorders, such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases."
