@th3j35t3r Awwww I’m remembered!!! 💛😅 That’s my happy moment for today. I stayed away from so much for a couple years. The last couple days I realized that all the respectable stuff I liked at the FKA Bird seems long gone from there and it’s a dirty, dirty, deep cesspool. Figured I’d come back alive over here. What a day for it.
@CanisVeritum I really don’t understand why they allowed him to continue to be so exposed. Shouldn’t they have formed a human helmet around his noggin?
They only tolerated this proximity because I was sick, overslept, and they were waiting hungrily by my bed.

@JV3MJD I turned CNN off a couple hours ago when someone said Democrats need to stop criticizing Trump and Republicans do not need to change what they say about Biden.

@ravesquirrel @th3j35t3r I already turned off the news coverage when some blowhard came on to say that criticism of Trump is what caused the shooting, and criticism must stop now. The host noted that Trump is just as critical of Biden. The blowhard said no, just look who got shot; criticism of Trump has got to stop now!
@th3j35t3r It is so sick and cruel to call it divine intervention. Tell that to the woman in the hospital or the family of the fellow who perished. 😔

Heads up you guys. So far I have neither seen with my own eyes, not received reports about ANYONE either celebrating an assassination attempt on a former President, or sympathizing with the shooter.

Secret Service counter sniper team.
They had a general direction to look (from the civilian warnings a minute or two earlier).
They did not have sight of the shooter or know exactly which roof the assassin was on until the assassin fired.
At least one of the counter snipers returned fire almost instantly. But did not kill the assassin with his first shot.
This was NOT the only SS counter sniper team on site. When the assassin continued firing, both (or more) teams took him out.
