@gregscloud1 Thank you. People often act like self-care is a luxury. But it's maintenance of your best tools, your body and mind.
You can slightly delay care, but it builds up consequences.
We have biological needs - air, water, food, sleep, et al. Well, rest and self-care are among those needs.
If you don't take care of your tools, you can't do your work properly.
And without happiness, how can you know what is worth doing?
