@Irishroze I’m so sorry, it really must.be hard to be that age these days. Have you heard, or are you familiar with Ed Hollewell? He is a psychiatrist who had
S ADHD, as does his business partner and kids. His last book ADHD 2.0 is really good. I have the audiobook as well as ebook. I wonder if your 15 yr old listened, if it may help.
He may benefit from something like that. I'll check into it, thanks! ❤️
@Irishroze np
@Irishroze I have a copy on my Google Drive. It’s pretty condensed and purposely so, I would be happy to share a link if you want to check it out. I actually have a few ADHD books in there, but this one is the best in my opinion. Let me know if u want link
Sure, that would be great! Thank you so much! ❤️ I would like to check it out, for him but also for me!
@Irishroze I’ll get it for you today. Yw
@Irishroze I just sent you a DM with link, hopefully I did it right. If you didn’t get it, let me know, and I’ll figure out a different way, or just share it in comments.

This is easier to do as we age, I believe. But getting my 15yo seeing it that way is more of a challenge to me. He is very knowledgeable about it and can pinpoint his symptoms, but making him see the upside of taking a medication just so that you can *almost* think like the world wants you to, is a hard sell. He takes the meds, does the therapy every week
Yet he is still struggling with how it affects his social life.
Some ADHD struggles are too hard to power through by yourself💜
