He was able to borrow a friend's. We have a small unit in one room. I'm letting him stay in that room since he's still sick and the heat is really a problem for him. But it doesn't really cool the space so much as makes it less hot. But the dogs can hang out with him. I have a fan going in my room. I'm more heat tolerant than he is so I'll be ok. Sun is going down so that's nice.

We're trying to source a generator. Temps this week will be in the 90s. A/C and fridge are our priorities as we have pets. Hus managed to catch covid at work, so he's struggling with it all. π
Neighbors stepped up and got our downed tree taken care of. Meanwhile, I and other neighbors cleaned up an elderly neighbor's yard.
