Having a #baking and #candymaking extravaganza over here today. Inundated with kumquats. Made kumquat refrigerator pies last night. Just got done making fudge. Made gingerbread dough and it is resting in the fridge. Making kumquat and cranberry jams next. Wish me luck! I still have to bake gingerbread cookies and frost them. Still have to make thumbprint cookies, too. Gonna be a late night!
Here are the kumquat refrigerator #pies I made last night. I keep them in the freezer until it's time to have pie as they are best when still partially frozen. (Pay no attention to the missing pieces.)
