Ted Cruz for international violence!

“Who is sticking up for the gunmakers as allies at the Supreme Court? The allies include the National Rifle Association, the National Shooting Sports Foundation. But also one Sen. Ted Cruz, who has raked in more than $900,000 in gun money for his political career, and who is up for reelection in November in a tight race with House Democrat Colin Allred.”

Who is protecting gun makers who arm Mexico? Ted Cruz!

WTAF?

“Reminded me of the Biden circles that he used to have, right? He’d have eight circles and he couldn’t fill ’em up. But then I heard he beat us with the popular vote. I don’t know, I don’t know—couldn’t fill up the eight circles. I always loved those circles, they were so beautiful. They were so beautiful to look at. In fact the person that did them—that was the best thing about his—the level of that circle was great.”

Got my second Shingles shot.

My arm hurts. I will probably feel like shit tomorrow as I rework my HLSL (high level
Shader language) shader for this new project.

Now I’m thinking of writing a transpiler. As if I don’t have enough projects. But it sounds really fun. Like a text version of Unreal’s goofy (but fun) visual shader tool.

Must… resist… must not think of a transpiler…

“You know, now a murderer, I believe this, it’s in their genes. And we got a lot of bad genes in our country right now. They left, they had 425,000 people come into our country that shouldn’t be here, that are criminals.”

See, according to Trump only people like himself, white people, have good genes. Never mind all the white serial killers…

Oh, yeah, and Trump is a criminal and sexual abused a woman. And how many died from COVID due to his inaction?

How to work for the state and make a shit ton of money. Lie.

“A wife-and-husband team making nearly $600,000 in combined total compensation running a small, publicly funded charter school in Newark do not appear to live full-time in New Jersey and actually reside in Florida, an NJ Advance Media investigation has found. The arrangement is believed to violate the New Jersey First Act, which requires public employees to live in-state, including public school teachers and administrators.”

I know people are going to go “ugh” but I really like my Apple Watch. Plan to get the new one (my old one is long in the tooth and the new one is skinnier). I use it for exercise and it helps me keep on track (I’m trying to beat the odds on my cancer outlook).

No aurora outside of Austin.

Not sure whether to be happy or sad…

🤷🏻‍♀️

“Like, if I gave $100 to the Harris campaign to put the ten-millionth ad on Sunday Night Football, am I really going to move the needle? But if I spend $100 on an adult ad site, I can get my message in front of 15,000 people in Pennsylvania.”

Okay, that’s pretty damn good. Granted, it’s porn, but eyeballs are eyeballs.

Was looking at my old project and new and wondering why the shader in the old project was so efficient. My new shader was GARBAGE, AWFUL, TRUMPIAN.

Then I realized that the old shader was written in HLSL (a low level language for the GPU). So, yeah, that’s why.

Tomorrow I update the new project <sigh>.

“In America, driving green remains a blue phenomenon. Many Republicans in Congress have rejected EVs, with one senator calling them “left-wing lunacy” and part of Democrats’ “blind faith in the climate religion.” The GOP rank and file are also anti-EV. In 2022, roughly half of new EVs in America were registered in the deepest-blue counties, according to a recent analysis from UC Berkeley.”

EV’s are cheaper. Which shows you Republicans really don’t understand money.

“The process that led to her nomination was flawed, and she’s been cagey in keeping the public and press from getting to know her as well as they should. But we know a few things for sure. Having devoted her life to public service, Harris respects the law and the Constitution”

And she is a good person.

That is pretty much all you need to know.

“There is not a climate change ‘debate’ — even that word implies something that isn’t true at this point,” said John Knox, associate director of the atmospheric sciences program at the University of Georgia. “That’s kind of like saying, the gravity ‘debate.’ ”

The ‘flat Earth debate’.

People who vote illegally seem to be, well, not immigrants, but, and hold your hats, Republicans.

Maybe the laws should be changed to reflect reality?

“Last November, before it was discovered that he was the culprit, he feigned ‘disbelief’ that someone would steal and submit his dead wife’s ballot. ‘That is pretty sickening to me, to be honest with you,’ he said—adding, with a provocateur’s flair, that ‘it makes you wonder how pervasive this is.’”

Amongst GOP? Lots!

Have you noticed it’s REPUBLICANS who are suing to stop votes from being counted?

They whine about freedom, but want to block your freedom to vote.

They whine about free speech but want to block your right to hear from your candidate.

They cry about election influence and then attempt to influence elections.

It’s odd that the people that actually vote ILLEGALLY are, well, Republicans.

Hmmm.

Trump is profiting from his Bibles made in China (rhymes with vagina). He pays $3 and sells them for $59.99 — for a profit of $56.99. All the while whining about Americans jobs.

Apparently American jobs is just PR. He is showing you, by his actions, he doesn’t care about American jobs. He is showing you WHY companies ship jobs overseas — more profit.

His actions speak louder than words.

“Trump has said explicitly that if elected, he would ‘impose an immediate moratorium on all new spending grants and giveaways’ under the IRA and other Biden policies. Again and again, he has vowed to end the ‘green new scam,’ which is Trump’s dumb shorthand for those policies.”

Like the Lansing, Michigan plant that received a $500 million grant to build EVs. Real jobs that Trump wants to take away.

Fewer jobs, fewer paychecks.

How is that better?
