I dunno, I think domestic violence is pretty bad. But Republicans are the party that voted AGAINST renewal of the Violence Against Women Act.
So, perhaps there is a reason they lied?

I don't approve of lying. But I do approve of people being able to exercise their inalienable democratic right to vote, without surrendering that right to anyone else, and without being subject to threats, fear, violence, or intimidation.
What's truly "sick" is the idea that it's normal and okay to threaten a woman if she votes according to her conscience.
Note that they never suggest that a man should give an account of his vote to his wife.
