I wish I had the time and the money to fly off to Rome this week and spend my time and energy sightseeing and eating great food then watching CNN International after the results came in.

Right? We should start a list of the least self-destructive coping mechanisms we can all utilize while the votes are being counted/challenged. Because right now, I’m leaning towards vast quantities of potato chips.

Ha! I’ve been stress eating all week. Right now, my office smells like the large batch of buttered popcorn I made and ate in one sitting. 🍿
Yeah, the only thing that really works is popping popcorn and melting the butter yourself and slathering it onto the finished product. 👍
