This Quincy Hall guy in the 400 meters in track? H came from 4th place with about 50 meters to go and just blew to the gold.
Just wow.
It was awesome. I loved the slow motion playback of the last 50 meters and you could see the determination on Hall’s face. I still don’t know how he did that.
He was literally bobble-heading a kick. He was 90% spirit and 10% belief
