So true. I just got back from a long walk and wallowed in the beauty of nature. It took my mind off the horror.
nature, walking are wonderful meditative practices, without us even realizing or calling them as such. The pace of walking, the vibrancy of nature, they all energize.
Yes, you’re exactly right, there’s something almost meditative about walking in nature. Another benefit of working from is being able to take Lamb Chop on three mile walks everyday.-:)
