#CoSoNauts to guess. A little hint I can give you is the kind of road sign, a road marker sign.
@researchbuzz This was hard to guess, I admit. It means that in the point where the sign is placed the Strada Statale 578 starts at the km 0+000 and the road is managed by ANAS - Territorial Structure of Lazio. ANAS is the State company which manages the Strade Statali, the highest ordinary roads classification in Italy.

@researchbuzz I know I'm a bastard inside lol. It simply means that 150 metres ahead the road will become a dual carriageway type
@researchbuzz And yeah, this is kinda a unique roadsign that only indigenous Italian people knows what does it mean
@elleci42a I got nothing unless that's a city marker or something like that. 0+000 has me especially baffled.
