The perpetrator is a 16-year old. It was a "personal beef" shooting.

I know the victim. She'll be fine, getting out of the hospital tomorrow - one shot just missed spine, one broke clavicle. And no, I am *NOT* surprised that she was involved in a shooting one way or the other. 🙁
