Worked from bed for the first few hours this morning. (East Coast sales guy called me in a panic at 6:30 AM my time "quick! <thing> needs to be ready by 10 AM!" (His time.)

Fine... Went to office in PJs, started task, realized it would take a while, so brought laptop back to bed. Cats joined.
