tip >>> you can check to see it has been added to your own device go to device settings > privacy > ads > tap ads privacy

this just showed on my device with no OS update

and every now and then you should always reset your advertising ID << you will the "reset ad ID" in the same settings page on android devices

the new android feature was announced a while back 2022

@ecksmc I usually get only update notifications ...this one was new for me...and as you said it's definitely not about privacy 😂...as usual
