@duglop Great choice. We decompress in our own way don't we? I like to do that too, it wrings the emotions out of me & then I can calm down afterwards. I know ppl who decompress with, ahem, soft, gentle music. To me there is nothing more irritating than that soft rock/pop schmaltz.
