I heard someone say the other day: when humans started moving from agrarian to more urban spaces - the population density allowed a lot of diseases to spread more easily, and it took significant improvement in medicine to counter it.
They then said that in some ways the emergence of social media has been a similar game changer, propagating misinformation and hate like a virus and we're going to have issues until we work out effective defenses.
Critical Thinking has never been more important

The only thing I might go back to Twitter for is the live tweeting of photos of lightning and tornadoes during Calgary's storm season.

@duckysoba Well, this project is going to be a marathon as opposed to a sprint.😅 I’ve got grant funding for the first year of research and development and then the idea would be to get a second grant for the production phase. The goal is to put on the #art exhibit in the summer of 2024.
