Question my hubby asked I could not answer...an American living in Canada when you vote what state do you vote in for senate or congress?

I think we will start to binge watch "The diplomat" season2 on Netflix tonight.

A team of researchers has uncovered a groundbreaking mechanism in the formation of harmful protein aggregates that lead to neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's Disease. The team, led by Professor Norifumi Shioda and Associate Professor Yasushi Yabuki, identified for the first time that unique RNA structures called G-quadruplexes (G4s) play a central role in promoting the aggregation of alpha-synuclein, a protein associated with neurodegeneration.

☕ ☕ ☕ been a busy day for us had to take something back to costco found out everyone who shopped on a weekend does that what a long line up!

Did a few errands and got caught up with my son so that was nice.
