the whole point of the TRO is that your law is bullshit and your exceptions are inadequate, and her life does not have to be in immediate moral danger to justify terminating a pregnancy that will not result in a viable birth no matter what. the fetus is on gestational death row and she wants to expedite the execution, you guys are down with that, right?
