The 29 Palms Marine Base is currently in a lockdown after an uncomirmed report of shots fired. Basic Public Affairs Officer, Capt. Luther Colvin, told Z107-7 News that about 9:00 this morning the base Provost Marshlls office received an anonymous report of shots fired, Out of an abundance of caution the base is locked down until investors can verify the report."
