On the Will Cain Show, Will stated that he disagreed with Stan Van Gundy's assessment that the "One and done" rule is racist.

Every "One and done" player who's come out of US high school and put in the 1 year in college has been black. It might not fit the classic definition of racism but it certainly does only affect one race of people...

I sincerely hope this platform takes off and we get back to what social used to be. I was one of the first people to rep companies on message boards back in the day and it was about word of mouth and honesty. I wrote the rules for how WOMMA members should behave ethically. I've been involved in some massive ethical movements and since leaving the big agency world have watched it plummet into corrupt behavior.

It's time for change.

Side note, my wife and I fired everyone in our agency and are doing all of the work ourselves.

A pharma client (yes, I know), asked for some dev site pages to be moved over. In the past this was outsourced. It literally took me 2 minutes to move the files over. Between my business and being a coach, there's a trend here in getting more hands on, more local and way more involved instead of arguing with bots etc on FB, Twitter, etc.

So, I don't know if we talk guns here but there's a very clear correlation to the Clinton ban in 1994 on assault weapons and the NRA's donations leading up to the 2004 end of the ban.

Was openly attacked by a Russian troll on Twitter last night. I also run an agency that buys ads, mostly in social. Twitter hasn't been -- and will not be -- on our radar for years because of the abuse they allow.

God I hate this country and social media. Need to get back here and off the popular networks.
