@dauphin87 When the Bangladesh concert came out, I was a kid. I had not idea that that wasn't the only place on earth in that situation. I almost wish I was one of those people who just doesn't pay attention to much outside my own world.....
@BillieBun I've often wondered if an ignorance is bliss life would be better. I always end up knowing that that is just not me and that I will always wonder about what others are going through. I don't think I can make my mind and my thoughts that small.
@dauphin87 Yeah, me too. I have a sister who is blissfully ignorant. She lets her husband take care of the bills and the big decisions. Her main use for the Internet is to play games and order things online.

We all have too much info now about everything happening around the world. It's unnatural for humans, who evolved living in small close-knit groups, to have the media-selected worst troubles of 8 billion people weighing on our consciences! We just can't do it β something's gotta give.
@maybeimaleo @dauphin87 I remember waaay back in the 90s, taking education credits... a professor talked about how we are bombarded with information and how it would get worse.... It has.
