Israel may "win" the battle for Gaza and destroy Hamas (who deserves to be annihilated), but I don't know if Israel will ever recover from being vanquished in the information war and largely world-wide court of public opinion. I'm afraid the death of so many Palestinian children will stain Israel for a long, long time.
@EdgeOErin The Bible should never be weaponized. Neither conversion nor compliance can be forced. They must be chosen by the individual or it is not of God.
@danielbsmith Biblical excerpts mean pretty much nothing to me. Far too often they are used to delegitimize one population while exalting/empowering another. I will say I do like the quote about all people being created equal.
