I think in this decision she's on the side of good. Prosecution has to run these past the defense, just as a notice, and I guess they didn't do that or something.

That doesn't mean she's not biased overall, but she at least had a good reason to turn this down.

It's near-impossible to break some delusions, and cognitive dissonance isn't going to be a positive influence towards conviction.

I have familial tremor - inherited essential tremor - and booze reduces the symptoms dramatically. Booze is the most effective medicine, in fact.
