I usually don't like to report about desertions and the like but it has been reported to me that the Russian FSB is actively searching for deserters in the occupied areas highlighting morale issues in the Russian Armed Forces.

What's even more interesting, I have it on good authority that Putin put the GRU in charge of Intelligence Operations in Ukraine due to FSB failures.
