Today was harder. One of the things the Infinity Hoop works out the most is my lower calves, around the ankles. Today, they hurt getting started, but I persevered and *did* it.

So far today, I'm at 2742 steps and 38 minutes of activity.

So I'm on Day 6 of actually getting some heart-rate-lifting activity in. I've exceeded my step goal of 5K steps each day (after months of getting between 1.2K and 2.3K, usually on the lower end).

I got the questing nose of "We goin' to bed soon, Mama?" so I think I'm probably going to bed soon-esque. Ish.
