An hour ago I started feeling the symptoms of extreme dehydration. Dealing with it, but be aware of the dangers!

The last time I was badly dehydrated:

- complete loss of hearing in one ear and partial in the other
- voice was hoarse and much higher than normal in pitch
- my fingers were trying to bend backward on their own (like spasms)
- body temp hovered at 93 and stayed there for the rest of the day
- shaky, low energy

Be careful out there, people!
