The Durham Workers Assembly criticized Trump for campaign stunts involving garbage trucks. After struggling to open the truck's door, w/c Tim Walz said it nearly killed Trump, led to a video clip & concerns about his health. The dump truck stunt was followed at a McDo's where he fried French fries. NC branch of the Southern Workers Assembly, said "A billionaire sleazeball acting like he is a worker is beyond gross, and slap in the face to all working-class people,"

As the US election draws ever closer, the emotions folks have about the stakes and potential outcomes intensify.

Some people are desperately worried about their personal safety should DJT get re-elected, others are worried for friends or family. Much could change.

So the coping demand is heavy.

I hope people will give each other grace over these next days and weeks.
