Just an FYI, if you call a gas station at 5:30am for a tow and the person asks you to wait, wait longer than 2 minutes before hanging up. Chances are it was a cashier with a line of people waiting to be checked out so they can get to work and the boss is outside pumping gas and he has to be asked for a price.

Not every business you call can afford to have someone there to just answer the phone the entire time they are open.
