So I’ve decided to hit Comcast up for a credit for the time I’m without internet access. Considering how crappy their customer service is, and how expensive they are, I think it’s only fair I shouldn’t have to pay for services I can’t access. It’s been three days already with no sign of hope.

@singlemaltgirl I’m back! Finally got it to work like it’s supposed to.

@singlemaltgirl I think tell the automated “assistant” for Comcast that “I give up, I’ll call in the morning” as enough to get it fixed. No one wanted that t happen again.
