I time-travelled today. Not along flaming skid marks but a widening spiral. Disappointment to annoyance to regret & suddenly I was looking out the 7th floor day room window, empty. I managed to come back til just now & I thought about some songs that made me think of 4am winter train station in suburbia trying to keep warm & having nothing but a cd player (aging myself) & my backpack & loathing. Christ it's been a tough day. Bedtime where I don't remember my dreams so it's blissfully quiet

So here's where I wonder about the point of "social media":
DM'd two different official Harris/Dem profiles asking about local campaign offices since nothing comes up when I search.
Asked a question on Maps about a local business.
DM'd said business with same query about accessibility for upcoming concert.

Frustration level is about 300 at this point.

I have a guitar (I don't know how to play (one of those "I'm going to learn when......")) and I don't know why Wrangler jeans makes picks.

Sometimes, when I glance down at the "Classic Vinyl" channel on the car radio I'm surprised by who preforms a song.
It'll be a song that is known but never really knew who sang it.
