So now we wrap up day two of quarantine and feeling much better. My wife is getting hit harder, tho. Thankfully we're all up on the boosters so I can't imagine what it would be like otherwise.

Welp, I popped my COVID test cherry.

I work retail pharmacy, frontline, and have not been sick once, worked every shift. Don't think it is, but gotta test to be safe for everyone else.

Who's got experience making bacon (or prosciutto) wrapped pork?
We finally admitted to not liking 🦃 a few years ago. I've tried bacon wrapped chicken breast and the bacon didn't crisp, just fell off and looked unappetizing when cut into.
