Once, there was a beautiful time when I believed that Musk wanted the future to arrive now & risked his fortune & reputation on ideas others thought were impossible like an electric car that sells & excites drivers, High-speed underground travel & getting us back to the moon & up to Mars, not just space tourism. That's the kind of shit I would invest in, as a nerd, if I were the richest man in the world. Future technologies & the future of mankind. Can I go back to before he was a douchebag?

1) he was always a douche bag.
2) he's ridden the coattails of other nerds to appeal to nerds (& non nerds alike).
3) he has never risked his fortune.
4) his future is one where whites own the world...b/c they haven't fucked it up for everyone else or anything like that. that's not a future i'd ever want.
