Sec of State Ashcroft just kicked Amendment 3 off the Nov 5th ballot—the abortion measure. @TrueBloodNet They just stayed it, and I expect they will formally overturn it today at the hearing.
@carmen wasn’t it a judge who said that the method used to put it on the ballot was illegal or wrong? This sending to the state’s appellate court. I didn’t know it was their sec of state Willy Nilly taking it off the ballot… Jfc so much for the will of the people.
