Achieve 25M new business apps by the end of Harris' first term; so she'll lower the cost of starting a biz in America (~$40K)
Expand the start-up biz deduction to $50K---a tax cut for starting a biz
Provide no- and low-interest loans to small businesses and cut red tape
Make it easier for small biz to file taxes (~1040 EZ model)
